Hello there, I hope everyone is having a fantastic weekend! I wanted to share this very easy spaghetti recipe by @Beautiful Vegan Kitchen . Today’s dish is super duper easy, delicious spaghetti that took less than 15 minutes to make. It is perfect for those who are busy but in need of a home cooked meal. I thought I would share this amazing recipe by @Beautiful Vegan Kitchen
- 3 cups fresh organic basil
- 2 cups white beans
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 handfuls cashews, or slivered/marcona almonds, or sunflower seeds
- 1 clove garlic
- generous salt, pepper, cayenne
Blend all ingredients in a food processor until it’s completely formed into a creamy pesto.
