What Can You Eat In A Whole Food Vegan Diet?

So, what can I eat in a whole food diet, you ask? Whole foods such as, a lot of vegetables and fruits, legumes, beans, chickpeas and grains. I will give you a list of foods that I am going to avoid and a list of foods that I will be adding to my diet. I read a lot of nutrition books but my favorite so far is Eat To Live by Joel Fuhrman. I am very picky when it comes to health, I chose this diet after much research.

Foods I will include:

  1. A large salad
  2. Legumes/beans (cooked)
  3. Fresh fruits
  4. Raw nuts and seeds
  5. Super green vegetables

Foods I will avoid:

  1. Processed foods (canned)
  2. Fried foods
  3. Sugar and artificial sweeteners
  4. White rice and white flour products
