Vegan Substitutes For Bakers

I am not a chocolate person, more like a cake, or cup cake, or a cookie person, definitely a cookie. Perhaps, you could call me a cookie monster. I often crave these goodies, I mean who doesn’t?! Are they good for you? Nope! But life is too short not to enjoy the things we love at least once or twice a week. OK, fine maybe everyday.

Unfortunately (or maybe for some fortunately), I buy my cookies most of the time because I think it is too hard to make them myself, and also I get lazy since I do not know what to substitute them with. The thing is I love baking and would surely want to make them myself. Thus, last night I made some research on baking substitutions and found these recipes. I am a visual person, and I like easy, quick, and tasty when it comes to food. So, for you bakers out there, I am sharing illustrated vegan baking substitutions to make life easier (credits for illustrations go to someone on Pinterest).
