Vegan Breakfast Snack

This is a healthy, whole ingredient, very quick vegan power snack. It can be eaten for breakfast, or simply be a snack after a workout.

  • Healthy fats
  • Natural
  • Delicious
  • Filling
  • Excellent source of protein


  • 1/2 granola (if possible organic) or oats
  • 1/3 cup of almond milk
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 Tbs almond butter
  • Pumpkin seeds (optional)

Mix all ingredients and leave for 5 to 10 minutes.

  • Calories: 401
  • Protein: 11gr
  • Fat: 17gr

*Note: If you want less caloric breakfast or snack, use steel-cut oats.
