Hi guys, today’s topic is vegan breakfast. I want to share my favorite vegan breakfasts with you that are totally mouth-watering and very creative. I decided to write about this because as a vegan I get a lot of questions about my breakfast, such as: what can you eat for breakfast as a vegan? Is there anything tasty and filling to have for breakfast while a vegan? Yes, and Yes! There are so many delicious vegan breakfast ideas that are worth trying. Vegan is not all about raw fruits and vegetables, don’t forget about grains and nuts which are vegan too. These ingredients will give your food a better taste and your body all the nutrients it needs. I follow a lot of vegan bloggers on my Instagram page (farash19) that have amazing vegan recipes. Sometimes, I get “creative” and add something or substitute something I don’t like, and it comes out pretty well, so you are free to get creative with your meal, although it tastes amazing the way it is. Anyway, I thought I would share some of my favorite breakfast recipes from various vegan chefs that will make you drool. Let me know if you have any favorites, would love to hear!
