Almond butter oatmeal.

  1. Old fashioned rolled oats
  2. Water or milk
  3. Flax seeds
  4. Bananas
  5. Chia seeds
  6. Almond butter


  • 1 cup old fashioned rolled oats (I use Trader Joe’s brand)
  • 2 cups of water or almond milk
  • 1 tea spoon of flax seeds


  • 1 riped banana
  • 1/5 tea spoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tbs of almond butter
