Thankfully, we had a lovely Christmas, well at least some of us did. Time to get back to work, and get ready for the New Year. Some people are planning their New Year’s Resolution, some people just want to get over 2016. Let’s face it we’ve all been waiting for 2016 to be over, hoping for a better 2017.
However, I see what you are thinking there, I know it’s been in your mind since the Christmas Day, your biggest concern – “Weight loss after the holidays” familiar search?
But first, before we start, do not forget what 2016 gave us, and here is a chance for you to say your proper good bye to 2016.
