Mung Bean

Let’s talk about mung bean and its importance in your diet. As you may already know, protein is an important source for our body, it is a macronutrient that builds and repairs body’s tissues, helps make enzymes, hormones and other body chemicals. Mung bean contains 23.9 g of protein. It is one of the most common beans used in Central Asia. The main producer of this amazing bean is India, later spread to China, Africa, and other Asian countries. So what can you make with it? Anything you would like, it can be added to your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very easy to make, does not take a long time to cook. Check out the soup I made with it.
