Easy Vegan Crepes

I am so excited to share this super easy and healthy Crêpe with you. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Ingredients:

Sparkling water – 1 cup
Flour – 1 1/2cup
Hot water – 1 glass
Olive oil – 2 tbsp. spoons
Salt – 1 pinch
Sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon

Instructions:

  1. Flour mixed with sugar and salt (I used coconut sugar), pour sparkling water. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
  2. Boil the kettle. Pour your choice of oil (I used olive oil) into boiling water and add to the mixture. Stir well.
  3. Preheat pan. Brush with oil once. Ladle out a portion of the dough in the pan. Rotating pan, distribute the dough over the entire surface evenly. Leave for 1-2 minutes over medium heat, until golden. Then turn over on the other side.
  4. Once it’s done, serve with jam, peanut or almond butter, or syrup.
