Beet Soup

Simple, easy, healthy and delicious plant-based soup with beets and mung beans. It has a sweet taste which makes it even more tasty. ALSO, check out my post about Mung Bean’s Benefits.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Beets
  • Carrots
  • Mung beans
  • Salt
  • Spices
  • Dried dill

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Cut the beets, carrots in cubes and boil in water for 10 to 15 minutes.
  2. Add the mung beans to boil with all your ingredients.
  3. Add salt, spices.
